The in-person week of SBA 2026 (June 28 – July 4) takes place in Dubrovnik. As Croatia is part of the Schengen Area, entry requirements depend on your nationality.
EU/EEA/Swiss Citizens:
You do not need a visa to enter Croatia. A valid passport or national ID card is sufficient.
Visa-Exempt Nationalities (e.g., USA, Canada, Australia):
You do not need a visa for short stays in Croatia, but you may be required to obtain an ETIAS (European Travel Information and Authorization System) prior to travel. Please check the official EU website for the latest 2026 requirements.
Visa-Required Nationalities:
If your citizenship requires a short-stay Schengen Visa (Type C), you must apply through the competent Croatian embassy or consulate, or through an authorized visa application center, (such as VFS Global) in your country of residence.
